IAR Embedded Workbench for MSP430 – very powerful and convenient tool for programming microcontrollers from Texas Instruments family of MSP430. This is a debugging environment that runs under Windows. It includes the C language compiler, assembler, linker, and debugger, with the possible interaction with external programs.
